What I collect

When you use the contact form on this site, I collect your name, your phone number or email address, and anything you write in your message. If you call me, I may note your number and what we discussed.

How I use it

I use your information only to reply to you and to talk about web design services. I don’t sell it, rent it or share it for marketing.

Where it’s stored

Form messages are handled by Netlify, the service that hosts this site, and sent to my email. These providers may store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use cookies and does not run analytics or advertising trackers. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when the page loads. Netlify also keeps standard server logs.

How long I keep it

I keep enquiries for as long as I need them to respond and for reasonable business records, and delete them on request.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you at any time. Contact me using the form or the phone number above and I’ll respond promptly.

This policy follows BC’s Personal Information Protection Act and Canada’s PIPEDA. It may be updated from time to time, and the date above shows the latest version.
